Services
The services provided by the Rogue Valley birth doulas include:
- On-Call Support – During this time, you are free to contact your doula at any time throughout your pregnancy or labor for information and support.
- Prenatal Visits – These visits allow you to get to know each other better and discuss your health and birth preferences. They also allow you to ask questions regarding your upcoming birth experience.
- Labor & Birth Support – Your doula will be with you during all stages of labor. This includes pre-labor contractions until after the placenta has been delivered (if applicable).
- Ongoing Support -After giving birth, your doula will make regular visits to ensure everything is going smoothly with mommy & baby. Postpartum support lasts a few weeks depending on how long it takes for mom’s body to recover from childbirth physically & emotionally. Typically, support ends when she goes back into her regular daily routine again!

Walking Wednesdays
Rogue Valley Doulas hosts group walks every Wednesday at the Family Community Center. This is open to everyone, and it’s a great way to meet other moms who are going through the same thing as you. It’s also great to get some fresh air and exercise with your family.
Bellies and Bottoms Station
If you’re hosting an event or celebration, don’t forget to provide your attendees with the Bellies and Bottoms Station!
This station provides a comfortable place for families to feed and change their infants’ diapers at private or community events where few restrooms or changing stations are available.
