Services
The center has expert nurses and doctors in labor and delivery, lactation consulting, education, emergency care, and post-partum care. This Ashland Birth Center also has all medical diagnostic tools at its disposal. The nurses and doctors work to develop a plan for your needs and offer specialized care as needed.
Accommodations
This Ashland Birth Center is as high-end as you can get with a birth center! They offer beautifully decorated private suites set up like a home for the most relaxing environment. What else could you possibly need with a bed, entertainment center, refrigerator, tub, and bay window? In addition, this birthing center offers services such as doulas, midwives, and even water births for your delivery.
Education
When you become a patient of the Asante Ashland Community Hospital, you have access to the best birth education in the Ashland area. Expectant parents can start with a free online birth education class to learn about having a healthy pregnancy, preparing for delivery, caring for their newborn, and labor recovery. They also offer specialized courses for parents-to-be! These courses include:

- Preparing for the Unexpected

- Sibling Class
- New Parents Support Group
Parents can purchase individual courses for $10 or all five courses for $85.
